📋 Description

• Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG equipment. • Use safety equipment (PPE), vehicles and diagnostic tools provided by LG. • Conduct technical diagnosis and perform specialized repairs on electronics and home appliances. • Diagnose problems, assess the extent of problems, document findings, and decide whether to repair products or replace parts. • Process paperwork and perform data entry immediately and accurately after each job. • Pre-screen next-day service calls by obtaining information to help diagnose problems before arriving at customers' homes. • Meet or exceed company metrics, including customer satisfaction, fix right first time, revisits, parts management and OT percentage. • Deliver exceptional customer experience while representing LG professionally.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role (Appliance repair preferred). • Experience repairing major appliances (Refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, cleaning products). • Experience in the use of tools and diagnostic test equipment. • Ability to properly trouble-shoot, diagnose, repair and document product/system issues. • Valid Driver’s license in good standing. • Ability to obtain appropriate EPA Certification. • Ability to meet physical requirements generally associated with field service repair, including continuous bending and lifting up to 50 pounds. • Ability to work coverage in the Albuquerque metro and surrounding areas.
