📋 Description

• Administer, facilitate, and teach classes of approximately 14–25 online students pursuing graduate degrees in Marriage & Family Therapy and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. • Interact with students daily via the internet. • Perform administrative tasks, grade students, facilitate interactive forums, and build relationships under the supervision of Online Instructional Mentors. • Teach approved curriculum according to the assigned schedule. • Assist students in achieving objectives and learning outcomes. • Provide regular and timely feedback. • Advise students regarding academics, attendance, and behaviors. • Motivate students to participate in the educational process. • Maintain and report student grades and attendance according to university policies. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral degree in marriage and family therapy or related field. • Professional license in Marriage and Family Therapy. • Knowledge of the field and application of current marriage and family therapy practices. • Previous experience with online learning management systems and Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of faith integration and biblical concepts. • AAMFT Approved Supervisor (preferred). • Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related degree from a COAMFTE-accredited program (preferred). • Experience teaching in higher education, preferably in the online environment. • Strong professional identity as a Marriage and Family Therapist, demonstrated through advanced credentialing, certifications, presentations, publications, and service to the profession. • Experience working with the Canvas learning management system.
