📋 Description

• Conduct assessments and record reviews to determine physical condition, limitations, medical histories, and personal goals • Evaluate patients' strength, flexibility, range of motion, neurological status, balance, and ambulation or wheelchair mobility • Diagnose movement dysfunction through listening, observation, and physical assessment • Create and update treatment plans with specific goals and tasks • Deliver therapy including exercises, remote therapeutic monitoring programs, neuromuscular re-education, and functional activities • Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, therapists, and other members of the client's care team • Track progress, update goals, and adapt plans of care based on treatment response • Complete HIPAA-compliant clinical notes in the company's EMR system • Contribute to meetings and case conferences • Adhere to professional standards, policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Unrestricted Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program • Experience as a physical therapist • Active California License • Current active state PT license required • Continued education requirements maintained • Current CPR certification • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Possess good time management skills • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear • Ability to crawl, stoop, bend, and sit on the floor • Good close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust for various lighting
