📋 Description

• Provide guidance on daily business operations, systems, processes, and operational best practices • Build trusted relationships with franchise owners through proactive communication and follow-up • Identify operational trends, risks, and opportunities affecting franchise performance • Provide the Regional Director with timely observations and data for coaching, intervention, and strategic decision-making • Maintain accurate documentation of owner interactions, operational concerns, and office status • Coordinate with cross-functional corporate departments to resolve operational issues • Support operational initiatives, new programs, and process improvements • Develop and maintain workflows, standard operating procedures, and knowledge resources • Leverage reporting, AI tools, and operational data to improve support effectiveness • Serve as an escalation resource and operational advisor for the Ops Support Team • Assist with training and knowledge sharing for the Ops Support Team • Provide operational coaching to build franchise owner capability and accountability • Respond to franchise owner questions regarding daily operations and business processes • Conduct proactive outreach to review operational health • Monitor operational reports and identify offices showing operational risk • Research and resolve complex operational issues with internal departments • Support office openings, transitions, technology adoption, and process execution • Participate in meetings concerning owner performance, operational trends, and improvement opportunities • Analyze recurring issues and recommend process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Full-time position • Exempt status • Serves as a subject matter expert and escalation resource for the Ops Support Team • Ability to provide operational guidance on systems, processes, and best practices • Ability to analyze operational reports and data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities • Ability to maintain accurate operational documentation and records • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional corporate departments • Ability to develop workflows, standard operating procedures, and knowledge resources • Ability to use reporting, AI tools, and operational data • Ability to provide operational coaching and support training and knowledge sharing
