📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects of product support to affiliates, sales and marketing departments, internal and external customers, and other Liebherr companies • Act as the first point of contact for affiliates regarding product-related issues • Document and report major events affecting truck performance and product reliability by mine site • Coordinate Service Instructions and Technical Instructions with affiliates and relevant personnel • Report potential product issues and follow up with status and progress reports • Submit Engineering Change Requests to Engineering and follow up as required • Advise the Warranty Administrator on the technical validity of warranty claims • Provide technical sales support upon request • Verify implementation of upgrades and modifications • Ensure customer acceptance packages are received within seven days, check completeness, and direct reported problems to relevant departments • Schedule post-commissioning meetings and report haul-truck quality and completeness to internal stakeholders • Monitor LME Field Service Reports and ensure weekly submissions from Product Support Representatives • Review and disposition Product Issue Reports, create projects based on field issues, analyze data, and evaluate parts • Review, disposition, and verify Product Assembly Reports assigned by Quality Assurance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related maintenance experience in a heavy equipment mining environment and/or training • Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver license and passport • Ability to maintain Mine Safety & Health Administration (MSHA) certification • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
