📋 Description

• Support sales efforts across YMCA, Campus Rec, Golf/Country Clubs, and Health Clubs • Learn to tailor your approach across public, institutional, and private club environments • Assist in navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes (operators, boards, ownership groups) • Support facility planning and capital project discussions • Stay current on market trends and competitive dynamics • Build relationships across a geographically diverse, high-activity territory

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred) • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt across different customer types • Interest in fitness, hospitality, or membership-based environments • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven, field-based role • Based within the region, with the ability to travel consistently throughout DC, VA, and WV
