📋 Description

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for IAM platforms and services from intake through delivery and sign-off • Lead requirements discovery sessions, stakeholder reviews, and walkthroughs • Research and document security, compliance, and regulatory requirements • Author detailed user stories, use cases, and process flows, including success paths, exception handling, and failure scenarios • Manage requirements throughout the lifecycle, including traceability, prioritization, change control, and approval • Partner with engineering, QA, and operations teams throughout the SDLC to support design, build, testing, and release activities • Support application onboarding and integration efforts for IAM services such as authentication, authorization, and provisioning • Maintain documentation in Confluence and Jira, ensuring requirements and decisions are well-recorded and audit-ready • Act as a trusted IAM advisor to business and technical stakeholders across the enterprise

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Ability to clearly communicate security and technical concepts to diverse audiences • Proven experience researching, authoring, and managing complex requirements end-to-end • Ability to create detailed documentation, diagrams, and process flows • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset • Working knowledge of IAM concepts, including SSO, MFA, identity federation, user provisioning and lifecycle management, application onboarding, PAM, and coarse-grained authorization models • Ability to research and apply information and data security requirements aligned to OWASP, SOX, NIST, GDPR, and GxP • Experience with SDLC, including requirements, design, testing, and release • Familiarity with cloud environments and cloud security concepts • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, and Jira • TestRail experience strongly preferred • Experience with IAM platforms such as Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Azure AD B2C, WSO2 Identity Server, and SailPoint IdentityIQ highly desirable • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Attention to detail and focus on overall outcomes and delivery • Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization and engaging with senior stakeholders • Ability to represent IAM services, processes, and capabilities professionally across the enterprise
