📋 Description

• Support our Behavioral Health facilities with financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting • Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization. • Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management. • Plans and monitors of staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives. • Managing the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards. • Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing staff and administering corrective action. • Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures compliance with allocated funding. • Coordinates and directs internal/external audits. • Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth. • Ensures department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care. • Regular and reliable attendance. • Perform other duties assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Accounting required • 7 years of finance or accounting experience/healthcare experience preferred • Strong background in financial budgeting • Problem solving skills • Proven leadership
