📋 Description

• Partner with product to brainstorm and shape new experiences, products and interfaces for readers and customers • Turn PM requirements, briefs and rough prototypes into wireframes and high-fidelity Figma designs for desktop, tablet and mobile • Design all states, including empty, loading, error, logged-in and anonymous states • Redesign, refine and extend website templates and design-system components across 15 site themes • Design sponsored Related Content sidebars, Storefront microsite pages and searchable supplier directories with tiers and filters • Design a modular email system and approximately 26 newsletter templates • Refresh the UX of the RFP Navigator B2B SaaS platform, including its marketing site, onboarding and core RFP workflows • Explore interactive AI content experiences, personalized on-site and reader-agent experiences, and self-service data products • Work within the Figma design system and Storybook component library in Chromatic, reusing existing components and adding new ones • Specify layouts, spacing, typography, color tokens, interactions, responsive rules, content and data rules, accessibility and analytics events for developers • Answer developer questions and review built pages against designs before release • Use AI tools to work faster and help the team adopt them • Present design options and iterate with the product manager through review rounds

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional UX/UI design experience • Portfolio showing work in at least two of: B2B SaaS or web application UX; content or media websites; email or newsletter design • Strong Figma skills, including working inside another team's design system • Responsive design and clean developer handoff • Practical knowledge of email design constraints, including client rendering, mobile stacking, dark mode and image-off fallbacks • Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG 2.x AA) • AI fluency and demonstrated use of AI tools in the design workflow • Ability to take direction, work independently and communicate progress • Ability to present thinking clearly to product, editorial and commercial stakeholders • Nice to have: mobile app UX • Nice to have: HTML/CSS, especially for email • Nice to have: life sciences, B2B publishing or media experience • Nice to have: data products, dashboards, or AI and conversational interfaces • Nice to have: experience designing against a coded component library (Storybook / Chromatic) • No visa sponsorship is offered for this role
