📋 Description

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care for adult patients • Deliver medication management and therapy • Work as a critical part of the clinical team • Provide care through telemedicine and/or in-person visits • Collaborate with mid-level clinicians as applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Fully licensed in Connecticut • Board eligible or board certified (BE/BC) • Unencumbered DEA • Experience with medication management and therapy • Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
