📋 Description

• Support the Application Security organization by coordinating the Code Freshness (R&Ds) and Operational Ownership Expectations programs • Lead recurring team meetings and facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration • Create and maintain project documentation and program artifacts • Track progress, risks, blockers, milestones, and key results (KRs) • Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders • Coordinate change management initiatives across multiple teams • Analyze program data using SQL and/or IQL to support reporting and decision making • Independently identify problems, research solutions, and drive rapid iterative improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Japanese language proficiency • 8-10 years of experience • Strong program or project management experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with PMO teams • Experience tracking progress, risks, blockers, and key results (KRs) • Experience communicating effectively with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders • Strong SQL and/or IQL skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Application Security domain knowledge (nice-to-have) • Must be available to work within U.S. business time zones • Open to candidates located in the United States and approved LATAM countries
