📋 Description

• Build and maintain a talent pool of experienced Visual Merchandisers/Store Designers • Match selected candidates to future full- or part-time engagements with enterprise partners based on experience, availability, and project alignment • Concept and develop retail environments, pop-ups, fixtures, and immersive brand experiences • Create 2D/3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, architectural layouts, CAD drawings, technical schematics, and production-ready documents • Partner with brand, global store design, construction, engineering, fabrication, vendors, procurement, suppliers, and VM teams • Adapt store design concepts from global to regional markets • Design 3D fixtures, displays, podiums, gondolas, and retail structures • Produce photorealistic 3D renderings and prototypes • Develop planograms, on-counter layouts, window displays, and in-store merchandising • Execute seasonal updates, product placement strategies, display guidelines, rollouts, and installation logistics • Manage vendor kits, props, signage, merchandising assets, store design calendars, vendor contracts, and production timelines • Conduct field visits or coordinate with markets to ensure installation accuracy • Coordinate construction, fabrication, installation, and rollout logistics • Ensure feasibility, durability, material accuracy, cost considerations, budgets, brand standards, functional requirements, and regulatory compliance • Track deliverables and resolve in-market rollout issues

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Store Designer • Background managing execution of store design programs and vendors • Experience designing merchandising displays, planograms, and store visuals • Ability to concept and develop retail environments, pop-ups, fixtures, and immersive brand experiences • Ability to create 2D/3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, architectural layouts, CAD drawings, technical schematics, and production-ready documents • Knowledge of brand guidelines and functional requirements • Experience designing 3D fixtures, displays, podiums, gondolas, and retail structures • Ability to collaborate with engineering, fabrication, visual merchandising, store design, creative, retail, construction, and vendor teams • Understanding of feasibility, durability, material accuracy, cost considerations, budgets, and regulatory requirements • Ability to produce photorealistic 3D renderings and prototypes • Experience with planograms, on-counter layouts, window displays, in-store merchandising, product placement strategies, and display guidelines • Ability to manage vendor kits, props, signage, merchandising assets, contracts, calendars, and production timelines • Ability to coordinate construction, fabrication, installation, and rollout logistics • Ability to conduct field visits or coordinate with markets for installation accuracy • Ability to track deliverables and solve in-market rollout issues
