📋 Description

• Build a network of experienced Visual Merchandisers/Store Designers for future enterprise partner assignments • Concept and develop retail environments, pop-ups, fixtures, and immersive brand experiences • Partner with brand, global store design, construction, and vendors to execute physical experiences • Support global-to-regional adaptation of store design concepts • Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, visual merchandising, store design, creative, retail, procurement, and supplier teams • Execute seasonal updates, product placement strategies, display guidelines, and retail rollouts • Conduct field visits or coordinate with markets to ensure installation accuracy • Manage store design calendars, vendor contracts, production timelines, and merchandising assets • Coordinate construction, fabrication, installation, and rollout logistics • Track deliverables and resolve in-market issues during rollout

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced talent in Visual Merchandising/Store Design • Background in managing execution of store design programs and vendors • Experience designing merchandising displays, planograms, and store visuals • Ability to concept and develop retail environments, pop-ups, fixtures, and immersive brand experiences • Ability to create 2D/3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and architectural layouts • Ability to create CAD drawings, technical schematics, and production-ready documents • Experience designing 3D fixtures, displays, podiums, gondolas, and retail structures • Ability to produce photorealistic 3D renderings and prototypes • Knowledge of planograms, on-counter layouts, window displays, and in-store merchandising • Ability to manage vendor kits, props, signage, merchandising assets, calendars, vendor contracts, and production timelines • Ability to coordinate construction, fabrication, installation, and rollout logistics • Ability to ensure feasibility, durability, material accuracy, cost considerations, budgets, brand standards, and regulatory compliance
