📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery, prototype workflows, and create persuasive demos showcasing Lightcast APIs, Direct Data Shares, or SaaS dashboards • Partner with Account Executives on evaluation plans, RFIs/RFPs, proof-of-concept scope, and stakeholder alignment through close • Host post-sale handoffs and solution workshops for onboarding teams • Align success plans with Account Managers and share deal context and technical artifacts to accelerate time to value, renewals, and expansion • Help prospects translate workforce planning, skills mapping, and competitive talent intelligence challenges into data-driven solutions • Support enterprise sales cycles and ensure smooth transition from solution design through implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship • 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or in a comparable client-facing technical role • Bachelor’s degree required • Experience designing API integrations or Direct Data Share solutions • Experience supporting enterprise sales, particularly with Fortune 500 organizations, is a plus • Demonstrated ability to support quota-carrying sales teams and contribute to revenue growth • Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences • Ability to create solution briefs, deliver live product demonstrations, and explain complex data-driven solutions • Working knowledge of modern large language models and experience applying them to solution development or client enablement
