📋 Description

• Load data into Relativity • Run searches and create databases • Manage users • Execute project-specific tasks in Relativity, Relativity Analytics, and Lighthouse proprietary tools • Create and prepare load files, text and native files, and other review deliverables • Manage multiple projects and escalate to Client Services when timelines are at risk • Process job requests from a prioritized queue and by assignment • Perform quality-control checks on personal and colleagues' work • Track hours accurately according to utilization requirements • Troubleshoot and resolve basic client-facing technical support issues • Respond to internal email requests during designated times • Follow escalation procedures • Scope current work and estimate timelines • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the United States • Associate degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor's preferred • Customer service background • Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment • Positive, collaborative attitude • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and resourcefulness • Background in computer science, statistics, or mathematics is a strong plus • eDiscovery experience with proficiency in Relativity is a strong plus • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification is a plus • SQL experience is a plus • Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM PST • May be required to be on call periodically and work evenings and weekends
