📋 Description

• Process and convert files to image formats such as TIF, JPG, or PDF • Export documents and metadata for client review and production • Ensure quality of produced data and final output, effective use of production resources, and compliance with SLAs and deadlines • Complete queue-based and assigned work independently with minimal delay • Assess production scope, technical requirements, and timelines and recommend platforms and workflows • Produce documents and data according to company standards and client-specific technical specifications • Create and prepare load files and deliverables for Concordance, Summation, eCapture, Relativity, and other industry-standard review tools • Format data for legal review software using internal tools and SQL • Perform quality checks on client data and work product at multiple stages • Communicate status, progress, and issues to leadership and team members • Serve as primary point of contact for Client Services staff • Provide documented hand-off summaries during shift or job turnover • Support custom solutions and workflows for new or unusual data types and technical requests • Recommend and implement workflow, quality, documentation, and process improvements • Train junior team members on department processes and applications • Assist with troubleshooting requests and deliverable fixes • Recommend and lead process improvement projects across groups or locations • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent experience • 5 to 8 years of eDiscovery or equivalent technical experience • Advanced use of technical tools and processes • Knowledge of SQL syntax and ability to edit basic code when editing scripts, or expertise in Relativity • Knowledge of iPro eCapture and litigation support applications such as Nuix, LAW, ReadySuite, and Relativity • Knowledge of scripting or coding languages such as PowerShell, C#, or JAVA is a plus • Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing requirements and priorities • Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills • Ability to convey complex ideas verbally and in writing to a non-technical audience • Ability to manage projects spanning multiple groups, offices, or organizations • Superior focus on quality control and accuracy • Strong Microsoft Office/MS365 skills • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and administrative support • Ability to work well with others • Ability to be on call periodically and work evenings and weekends when required
