📋 Description

• Assist with management of eDiscovery cases by driving work through operational departments to meet litigation project requests • Create work orders for data intake, culling, processing, hosting, and production tasks • Complete quality checks to ensure work product accuracy and completeness before client release • Maintain understanding of eDiscovery, market competitors, and industry-supporting tools • Learn Lighthouse workflows, critical paths, and workflow-management tools • Communicate scope and deadline expectations to internal and external stakeholders • Manage the pod’s work request queue • Participate in process improvement initiatives identified by pod leaders • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or JD a plus) • 4+ years of work experience, including at least two years of eDiscovery experience • Relativity experience required • PMP certification a plus • Strong analytical and logical skills • Strong project management skills, including the ability to interpret written or oral instructions • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a changing and growing workload • Ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material • May be required to be on call periodically and work outside normal working hours, including evenings and weekends
