📋 Description

• Manage case or client annual budgets • Consult clients on eDiscovery best practices • Identify preferred project paths focused on reducing costs, increasing delivery speed, and using Lighthouse technologies • Plan, monitor, and manage internal and external project communications for pod members • Provide workflow consultation • Drive development of standards • Participate in daily activities supporting eDiscovery clients • Respond to client requests and consult on scope, execution, and delivery of compliant solutions • Train and develop team members on workflows and eDiscovery best practices • Create client work orders for data processing, review, and production tasks • Communicate scope and deadline expectations to internal and external stakeholders • Serve as an internal escalation resource • Manage client relationships and execute projects through completion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Masters or JD a plus • 6+ years of work experience • At least four years of e-Discovery project management experience • 5+ years of successful experience in a law department, law firm, legal consulting firm, and/or eDiscovery provider • Relativity experience required • Excellent eDiscovery skills • Knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire, Lighthouse workflows, internal tools, and documentation • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Project management skills for managing client relationships and executing projects to completion • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a changing and growing workload • Ability to interpret written and oral instructions • Ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material • May be required to be on call periodically and work evenings and weekends
