📋 Description

• Record voice samples for model training • Deliver voice samples demonstrating bright, sultry, ASMR/soft intimate, expressive, conversational, friendly, empathetic, attentive, and helpful qualities • Produce recordings with clear diction, consistent quality, stable rhythm and tempo, and controlled pitch and amplitude • Follow specified technical requirements for volume level, file naming, format, segment gaps, and audio quality • Provide demos, sample recordings, and voiceover samples • Complete a project test in Lilt's module when required • Meet fast-turnaround project requirements and tight delivery deadlines • License voice recordings for AI voice cloning/TTS training when applicable • Submit an English-language resume/C.V. and French and English voice-over samples • Complete onboarding, payment-account setup, and remaining application steps after project selection

🎯 Requirements

• Native bilingual speaker of French Canada and English Canada • Professional or semi-professional voice talent • Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming • Access to a professional or high-quality home recording setup • Recording software, microphone, headset/speakers, audio interface, professional digital audio workstation, software/plugins • Treated, quiet recording space free from background noise, music, clicks, muffling, and other interference • Flawless diction and articulation • Consistent quality, stable rhythm and tempo, controlled pitch and amplitude • Ability to follow technical recording requirements • Ability to provide demos, sample recordings, or voiceover samples • Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and tight delivery deadlines • Open to licensing voice for AI voice cloning/TTS training • Reliable availability and commitment; most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week • Must submit an English-language resume/C.V. • Must submit a French (Canada) voice-over sample and an English (Canada) voice-over sample • Must provide a complete studio setup capable of producing high-quality recordings • Must be able to work within geographic restrictions related to international embargoes or sanctions
