📋 Description

• Provide subject matter guidance to a group of 20–25 undergraduate online students • Support students in academic writing, research, and time management • Conduct 1:1 sessions for doubt resolution, academic guidance, and assessment draft reviews • Guide students toward relevant reference material • Mark assessments and provide long-form feedback • Manage discussion forums • Provide proactive, prompt, and personalised support for student queries and issues • Interact promptly with students by email, calls, or online sessions • Serve a diverse international student body studying undergraduate programs at Australian and Asian universities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of teaching experience at a leading university or college and/or professional experience in relevant fields within the last 5 years • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with distinction or first-class from a top university in India • Knowledge of investment and portfolio management, including investment analysis, portfolio construction, and risk management principles • Proficiency in English • Excellent oral and written communication • Empathetic, ambitious, warm, and outgoing personality • Working laptop • High-speed stable internet connection above 10 MBPS • Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac • Availability between 5pm and 10pm AEST • Ability to work as an independent contractor
