📋 Description

• Provide subject matter guidance to a group of 25–30 undergraduate online students • Support students in academic writing, research, and time management • Conduct 1:1 and small-group tutoring sessions • Guide students toward relevant reference material • Mark assessments and provide long-form feedback • Manage discussion forums • Provide proactive, prompt, and personalised support for student queries and issues • Interact promptly with students by email, calls, and online sessions • Apply expertise in people management, business analytics, and organisational change to support Masters-level online programs • Help students use analytics to evaluate people and organisational data and develop data-driven workforce-management approaches • Assess analytics’ role in organisational culture and formulate change-management strategies supporting organisational performance

🎯 Requirements

• PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class from a top university in India • At least 5 years of corporate experience and/or teaching experience in relevant fields • Strong knowledge of people management, business analytics, and organisational change • Expertise applying data-driven insights to workforce and organisational decision-making • Proficient in English • Excellent oral and written communication • Working laptop • High-speed stable internet connection exceeding 10 Mbps • Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac • Availability from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm IST every day • Ability and willingness to work closely with people from diverse cultures
