📋 Description

• Make routine and non-routine decisions in accordance with established procedures and guidelines • Apply expanded knowledge to increasingly complex situations • Process increasingly complex life claims for payment or denial while meeting quality and production standards • Review and provide information on increasingly complex questions and concerns from internal and external stakeholders • Provide routine responses and information to junior team members • Obtain increasingly complex claim information through verbal and written communication with stakeholders • Review submitted claim information for payment and ensure accuracy and completeness • Escalate claims issues and concerns to senior team members and management • Provide responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders • Deliver accurate benefit calculations, timely communication, and ethical claim management

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED • 2-3 years of claims experience that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task • Experience with Life Claims is highly preferred • Strong mathematical skills for payment calculations
