📋 Description

• Examine complex termite damage claims in assigned geographic regions to determine the nature and extent of loss • Use estimates and appraisals to review and document claims • Conduct liability and root-cause investigations • Assist in determining claim resolutions • Handle assigned termite damage claims and determine the course of action for final disposition • Work with internal and external customers to develop evidence and establish facts • Determine root cause, remedial treatment requirements, and scope of damage repairs • Conduct investigations and maintain accurate, relevant documentation • Organize, plan, and prioritize claim activities to ensure prompt resolution • Support business units and field teams through branch visits, training, claims investigations, and resolution • Monitor and maintain the Terminix Contractor Network for contractor compliance and quality review • Serve as an individual contributor without people-management responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience handling/processing termite damage claims • Experience with relationship building • Results-oriented in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated advanced problem-solving skills • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills • Detail-oriented and analytical • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced time-management skills • Sound judgment and decisiveness • Ethics and integrity • Coaching skills • Bachelor's degree preferred • Licenses/certifications as required
