📋 Description

• Manage premium and billing applications, including configuration/setup of new accounts in applicable systems • Research discrepancies and conduct analysis to determine root cause • Ensure information is complete and in good order • Monitor premium and billing for proper completion, including balancing expenses • Troubleshoot premium and billing issues and resolve root causes • Manage basic reporting and complete terminations and reinstatements • Handle transfers of payments as needed • Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders • Manage premium and billing cases according to established procedures and guidelines while meeting quality and production standards • Escalate complex issues and concerns to senior team members or management • Identify, recommend, and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• High School or GED • 0 - 1+ Years of billing, premium, and/or reconciliation experience that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written) • Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable knowledge • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt as needed • Ability to articulate/alter provisions and comfort with contract language
