📋 Description

• Own the experience of the iOS and Android mobile apps, including guiding the adaptation of desktop features to mobile • Pair closely with mobile engineers and product leads to initiate and complete mobile-specific projects with no hand-offs • Redesign or refine key screens and flows, including smaller quality issues and “paper cuts” • Create mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to communicate ideas and describe execution • Guide and inspire fellow designers through collaborative critique across mobile and desktop platforms • Use and improve lightweight design system components • Help hire new teammates who can elevate the team and product • Contribute to projects from beginning to end in small, autonomous project teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience designing software, with mobile-specific emphasis • Robust design skills • Sharp product thinking • Ability to engage in technical discussions • Courage to ask questions, experiment, and advocate for what you feel is right • Humility to accept feedback, adapt thinking, and iterate toward the best solution • Experience with prototyping directly in code or with tools like Figma, Origami, etc. • Ability to distill problems and feedback into clear, focused solutions • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Required portfolio website link
