📋 Description
• Provide over-the-phone and video remote interpretation services in English and Russian • Bridge communication gaps for people requiring language assistance • Deliver reliable, unbiased, empathetic, courteous, accurate, and professional interpretation • Complete English proficiency testing, a mock interpretation session, and a medical terminology assessment during onboarding • Complete background check and security screening • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement and confidentiality commitment including HIPAA compliance
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in English and Russian • Dedication to courteous, accurate, and professional interpretation services • Strong communication and organizational skills • English proficiency rating of technical proficiency, level 3 or higher on the ILR scale • Successful completion of a live mock interpretation evaluation • Passing score on an online medical terminology assessment covering medical terms, anatomy, and physiology • Passing background check and security screening • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement and confidentiality commitment including HIPAA compliance • Resume submission • Certifications showcasing skills or relevant experience
