📋 Description

• Perform post-linguistic quality control on key documents • Verify that no paragraphs are missing or untranslated • Ensure target file formatting accurately reflects the source • Verify tracked changes from the source are correctly implemented in the target • Check language accuracy of inclusion and exclusion criteria • Verify numbers, symbols, and units, including dosage and time units • Check drug names, sponsor names, protocol and study titles • Verify proper names, including PI and other relevant names • Review headers, footers, tables of contents, and links • Detect formatting issues, missing content, and errors in key text areas • Coordinate with translators and project managers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in multilingual quality control or a related field • Ability to read and understand both English and German • Comfortable reviewing medical and technical content • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and its Review functions • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with translators and project managers • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Experience in translation quality control and linguistic services preferred • Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards preferred • Familiarity with different language scripts and alphabets is a plus
