📋 Description

• Provide production and application support for Medicaid systems • Perform real-time monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis • Support MFT, batch jobs, web services, and Linux-based systems • Manage production deployments and operational readiness • Use Splunk and SQL for monitoring and troubleshooting • Develop SOPs and drive automation and continuous improvement • Coordinate with engineering, vendors, and business teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Production/Application Support or IT Operations • 3+ years of US experience preferred • Advanced IBM DataPower • Advanced IBM Integration Bus (IIB) • Advanced MOVEit / MFT • Advanced SQL • Advanced Splunk • Advanced Linux and Shell Scripting • Experience with ServiceNow • Experience with IBM ACE, MQ, and WSRR • Experience with IBM DataStage and DB2 • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Healthcare / Medicaid industry experience • Must be eligible for W2 employment
