Linus Health is a digital health company that provides a science-driven cognitive assessment platform using AI and validated, process-based metrics to enable earlier detection, clinical decision support, and proactive brain health care. Its flagship assessment (the CCE) and other digital tools modernize traditional cognitive tests (e. g. , clock drawing) for use across medical practices, health systems, life sciences research, payers, and clinical trials. Linus Health emphasizes research validation (over 160 publications), FDA/MHRA/Canada Health registration, and partnerships to support screening, trial optimization, and population-level cognitive insights.

📋 Description

• Lead design for key product experiences across Linus Health’s digital ecosystem, including design for a new consumer health experience focused on brain health education and engagement. • Translate early product strategy, concept wireframes, business goals, and technical requirements into clear, usable product experiences. • Create high-quality mobile and responsive web designs that support multiple consumer and partner entry points. • Partner with Product Management to define MVP scope, clarify problem statements, shape product requirements, and prioritize the highest-value user experiences. • Collaborate closely with Engineering to understand technical constraints, platform dependencies, assessment requirements, wearable integrations, and delivery tradeoffs. • Work within Linus’s existing design system while thoughtfully extending patterns for consumer engagement. • Create prototypes for usability testing, stakeholder alignment, executive review, and engineering handoff. • Partner with UX Research to plan, test, and iterate on concepts. • Apply accessibility, cognitive accessibility, and plain-language principles to designs. • Balance speed, quality, and ambiguity while supporting a fast-moving, cross-functional build team. • Document user flows, interaction patterns, edge cases, and design decisions in Figma, Jira, and Confluence. • Participate in design critiques and collaborate within a small but growing design team.

🎯 Requirements
