📋 Description

• Be coachable and ready to learn and grow as you master the Symmetry system • Contact your leads, book appointments, run appointments, serve families through putting policies in place that protect your families • Work with our dozens of carrier partners to learn and articulate the benefits of our product portfolio • Create and own your own schedule to effectively engage and help your leads/clients put protection in place for their families • Learn how to recruit, onboard, lead, and retain an effective sales force of agents

🎯 Requirements

• A Life & Health license (if you don't have it yet, we will help you attain this) • An entrepreneurial spirit and hunger to create success • Coachable and eager to learn • A servant's heart and love to help clients and teammates get what THEY want • Motivated and self-driven • Ability to work independently while being a team player
