📋 Description

• Perform general administrative tasks in the Finance Department • Learn and develop knowledge of the auction/client database, internal reports, and databases • Set up, maintain, and validate supplier and client ACH information in accounting software • Manage accounting team email inboxes daily, respond to internal and external inquiries, and flag matters for appropriate team members • Research and respond to payment inquiries • Assist with the tax removal process by adjusting invoices and preparing refund information • Prepare month-end reconciliations during the monthly close process • Perform other finance operational duties as assigned • Assist in backing up teammates

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred, or 1–3 years of related work experience • Proficient in standard computer software, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office products • Experience with Oracle is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Great organizational skills and ability to be detail-oriented required • Cooperative spirit while supporting internal and external customers • Excellent customer service delivered in a timely manner • Ability to perform accurate and timely work • Ability to perform duties at department standards while working from home • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
