📋 Description

• Act as focal point for all quality-related customer communications • Serve as the voice of the customer to internal team • Lead customer-facing quality discussion including issue resolution and quality reviews • Establish and deploy global customer quality standards • Collect customer specific requirements and support execution • Facilitate Product change management (PCN) to meet customer requirements • Work with factories to organize and facilitate customer audits • Support business reviews, new business opportunities • Prepare and present quality performance summaries • Lead the development and execution of Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline including Electrical Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Electronic, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical • 10+ years in Quality, Manufacturing or Engineering • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing principles and processes • Knowledge of complex electrical or mechanical assemblies • Understanding of quality management systems such as ISO9000, IATF16949 / VDA, ISO13485 • Knowledge of 8D problem solving, requirements management, change management • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail • Experience in a global manufacturing environment preferred • Knowledge of executing safe launch procedures and product/process transfer activities • Advanced knowledge in MS Office • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a high-pressure environment • Up to 50% travel
