📋 Description

• Concept and execute engaging visuals across channels with the Senior Art Director, Senior Designer, and Marketing team • Create packaging for new launches and product line extensions • Develop packaging, advertising, activation and event creative, paid and organic social, and direct mail • Create print and digital media and support brand campaigns with visual assets • Maintain visual identity systems for consistency across touchpoints • Partner with the in-house UX/UI team on digital projects as needed • Flex between digital and print projects • Potentially manage a junior designer • Bring Little Spoon’s baby and kids food brand to life across packaging, marketing communications, advertising, and digital channels

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of print and digital design experience • Strong background in packaging, advertising, and developing brand identity • Mastery of Adobe Suite and Figma • Strong typography, color, and layout skills • Strong mockup and prototyping skills, from concept through print-ready files, renders, and in situ mockups • Experience in photo retouching and visual storytelling • Experience designing packaging and knowledge of print mechanical files • Comfortable presenting creative work to stakeholders • Portfolio showcasing packaging design, advertising creative, and social-first design • Strong creative point of view while maintaining brand integrity • Ability to deepen brand identity and create creative rules and structures • Passion for CPG, food, and brands with personality • Active use of AI tools to improve work quality and speed, enhance personalization, accelerate post-launch analysis, and identify efficiencies • Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Collaborative team player who accepts feedback and embraces creative challenges
