📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for select sales, marketing, clinical, market access, and commercial leadership roles tied to product launches and market expansion • Translate commercialization plans, launch timelines, and growth targets into workforce and recruiting strategies • Build talent pipelines ahead of demand for specialized and hard-to-fill positions • Map and engage passive talent across medical device, MedTech, life sciences, and healthcare markets • Deliver candidate slates at the pace required for launch readiness and commercial scale-up • Partner with business leaders to define required capabilities, experience, and timing • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitor hiring, location strategy, and compensation considerations • Use data and external insight to shape role requirements and hiring decisions • Manage a broad portfolio of searches and track recruiting progress, pipeline health, risks, and hiring outcomes • Develop creative sourcing approaches and adapt to changing market conditions or business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment • Demonstrated success recruiting commercial talent for product launches, market entry, or rapid scale-up in medical device, MedTech, life sciences, healthcare, or a related industry • Strong understanding of talent required to build and expand sales, marketing, clinical, market access, and commercial leadership teams • Advanced direct sourcing, talent mapping, and passive-candidate engagement capabilities • Credibility with senior leaders and ability to influence role design, hiring strategy, and selection decisions • Experience with Workday or a comparable applicant tracking system • Bachelor's degree preferred
