📋 Description

• Support gift processing and gift data import, clean-up, and reporting for the Development Team • Support sending tax receipts and thank-you letters • Fully utilize Live Action’s CRM platform to manage information and ensure accurate data tracking and reporting • Support CRM efficiency and donor record cleanliness • Report on fundraising processes, metrics, and goals • Meet or exceed project deadlines and standards to support campaigns and donor cultivation • Investigate and resolve errors in donation processing • Report to the Development Operations Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Dedicated to the pro-life mission • Exceptional organizational skills • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and work independently • Meticulous attention to detail • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Extremely trustworthy and discreet with confidential materials • Proficient in word processing and G Suite • Proficient in Excel spreadsheets • Familiar with database use and web resources • Superb verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience • All staff members are required to sign Live Action’s Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement • Must answer whether they are pro-life • Must provide a minimum 200-word paragraph about their stance on abortion
