🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in business, consulting, communications, marketing, business development, leadership, management, sales, client relationship management, operations, or a related professional field • Strong communication skills and professional presence • Strategic thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to execute consistently over time • Self-direction, organization, and comfort working independently • Interest in ongoing personal and professional growth • Ability to leverage technology and digital tools effectively • Openness to an independent, performance-based structure
