📋 Description

• Connect with professionals who have expressed interest in exploring new possibilities • Conduct discovery conversations to understand goals, priorities, and alignment • Identify and qualify prospective clients • Introduce qualified individuals to established personal and professional development programs • Apply strategic thinking and strong communication skills to guide conversations and next steps • Build and nurture professional relationships through thoughtful follow-up • Use established marketing strategies and shared best practices to generate warm interest and develop your pipeline • Manage prospective client activity and follow-up using CRM and digital communication tools • Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training • Work independently within an established framework and supportive global community

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, marketing, communications, business development, client success, leadership, or a related field • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills • Experience building professional relationships and conducting consultative conversations • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment • Comfortable using digital communication, CRM, and virtual meeting tools • Self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working toward measurable results • Interest in leadership, personal development, and continued professional growth • Willingness to learn and follow established systems and processes • Open to an independent, performance-based income structure • Prior experience in the personal development industry is not required; full training and ongoing support are provided
