📋 Description

• Work directly with founders and top management, translating data into strategic decisions that move the P&L • Own the full analytics lifecycle from raw data to business recommendation • Use internal metrics and external benchmarks to identify growth levers and margin opportunities • Independently identify and launch initiatives that improve efficiency, unit economics, and profitability • Conduct systematic competitive and market analysis to uncover growth and monetization opportunities • Build business cases and analytical frameworks that shape strategic decisions • Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end and measure progress against concrete business and margin outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or corporate finance • Strong analytical skills • Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and preparing data-driven recommendations • Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, workflow automation, and improving analytical work efficiency • Genuine interest in understanding how every part of the business operates and connects • High ownership, high standards, and a track record of delivering high-quality results • Experience independently managing strategic projects end-to-end, from problem definition to implementation (preferred) • Experience in Investor Relations, preparing investor materials, or supporting investment transactions such as M&A and fundraising (preferred) • Experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools (preferred)
