âą Lead and mentor a team of experienced Fraud Analysts specializing in payments, fraud prevention, and risk management âą Partner with leadership teams to develop strategic plans related to fraud prevention and chargeback reduction âą Collaborate with product, engineering, and external partners to design scalable fraud prevention solutions while supporting successful payment processing âą Drive advanced analytics initiatives by transforming large and complex datasets into actionable insights for senior leadership âą Manage and optimize fraud detection tools, decision engines, and rule strategies through ongoing performance analysis âą Evaluate emerging fraud technologies, vendors, and business opportunities using quantitative and operational analysis âą Monitor industry fraud trends and recommend proactive mitigation strategies âą Support cross-functional initiatives and provide analytical insights that influence key business decisions âą Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations, including weekly metrics, monthly business reviews, and strategic planning updates âą Develop and coach junior team members to support organizational growth and capability building
âą 10+ years of experience in fraud strategy, fraud operations, risk management, or related eCommerce fraud disciplines âą 5+ years of leadership and people management experience âą Expertise with fraud management and rule-based platforms such as Sift, Kount, Accertify, or similar solutions âą Advanced SQL proficiency with experience performing complex data extraction, validation, and analysis âą Demonstrated success applying analytical and data mining techniques to identify fraud trends, quantify impact, and drive business outcomes âą Experience working with business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Domo and Databricks is strongly preferred âą Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and executive audiences âą Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
