📋 Description

• Prepare event flash reports (P&Ls), coordinating with the operations team to gather and review relevant support • Manage accounting for individual venue revenue and expense accounts • Assist Accountants and Manager with account reconciliations and ad hoc requests • Reconcile General Ledger accounts and research discrepancies to ensure accuracy • Prepare and enter month-end journal entries • Reconcile the sales system with the General Ledger • Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, company procedures and policies, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements • Maintain, control and reconcile basic to moderately complex accounts • Prepare daily, weekly and/or monthly reports and schedules • Review and manage the P-Card process and transactions • Assist with special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance • 1–3 years’ comparable work experience • Quality problem-solving and communication skills • Oracle experience is a plus • Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work with generally accepted accounting principles and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements • Ability to reconcile General Ledger and sales system accounts • Experience with P-Card processes and transactions
