📋 Description
• Outbound Calls: You will make outbound calls to health plan members to schedule In-Home Health Evaluations. • Scheduling: You will arrange and coordinate the scheduling of the evaluations. • Member Communication: You will answer member questions and provide support.

• MUST speak English and Spanish fluently. • Outstanding problem-solving skills. • Displays patience, empathy, an ability to manage stress, and the ability to work under pressure. • Skilled and efficient in writing and verbal communication. • Provides knowledgeable, friendly, and eloquent customer service.
