📋 Description
• Handle inbound and outbound sales activities for various client programs • Engage prospective and existing customers, understand their needs, and offer solutions • Deliver persuasive, solution-oriented presentations and close sales • Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes using client-provided systems
🎯 Requirements
• 0-1 year of experience in sales • Comfortable using web-based CRM and phone systems • Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and adapt to different campaigns • Must have a Windows 11 desktop or laptop computer with a reliable high-speed wired internet connection • USB hard-wired headset and a quiet workspace
