• Own the full real estate lifecycle for corporate accounts, from kickoff to lease execution • Serve as the primary point of contact and lead broker for franchisor and enterprise clients • Use Locate's AI agents to build real estate strategies, source sites, evaluate locations, and prepare recommendations • Draft and negotiate LOIs and support lease execution • Bring client and field insights back to the product team to shape how our technology evolves
• Real estate salesperson’s license strongly preferred; candidates without one should be prepared to obtain licensure after joining. • Strong communication and relationship management skills • Experience with enterprise account management/support • Familiarity with presenting data driven results directly to clients
