📋 Description

• Build a book of business through cold outreach • Manage the entire life-cycle of a load • Identify and solve customer issues proactively • Identify potential opportunities for growth • Provide freight brokerage services including FTL, LTL, PTL, and expedited freight • Work as part of a small sales team in a growing logistics company

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of freight broker or agent experience • Demonstrated ability to build a book of business through cold outreach and manage the entire life-cycle of a load • Experience in McLeod is a huge plus • Must reside in the United States • Reliable, detail oriented, organized, and analytical • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail • Ability to identify and solve customer issues proactively • Ability to identify potential opportunities for growth • Goal oriented and looking to progress in a logistics career
