📋 Description

• Serve as the technical authority for Logicalis’ Collaboration and Modern Work solutions, primarily Cisco Collaboration technologies and secondarily Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams • Enable Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to design, position, and deliver collaboration solutions aligned to client business outcomes • Support deal pursuit, solution development, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution • Partner with Sales to shape deals, influence strategy, and articulate governance value • Lead or support executive-level customer discussions, workshops, and roadmap conversations • Provide architectural oversight and escalation for deal success and customer confidence • Support complex collaboration engagements and multi-practice opportunities • Review collaboration architectures, pricing, and Statements of Work • Prepare for and conduct proofs of concept and proofs of value • Develop and evolve Cisco-centric collaboration offerings and hybrid Microsoft 365 collaboration strategies • Align with OEM partners on offering definition, lifecycle management, and roadmap alignment • Develop assessments, workshops, and consulting offerings • Provide technical enablement, architecture standards, sales materials, and training • Develop SOW templates and support delivery teams • Conduct assessments and workshops and incorporate delivery lessons learned into offering improvements • Track collaboration and hybrid work industry trends and influence technical direction and practice strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience • 7+ years in pre-sales, consulting, or architectural roles focused on enterprise collaboration technologies • Deep experience with Cisco Collaboration platforms including CUCM, Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and collaboration devices • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams, including integration and coexistence scenarios • Strong communication skills with technical and executive audiences • Ability to travel up to 25–50% • Cisco Collaboration certifications (CCNP or CCIE Collaboration preferred) • Cisco Webex Calling or Webex Contact Center certifications • Microsoft Teams or Modern Work certifications preferred
