📋 Description

• Make sure our products meet a high quality standard through strong manual testing and solid automation. • Plan and run manual tests covering functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing. • Independently design and build automation frameworks from scratch for key workflows. • Deploy and maintain automated tests in CI/CD pipelines through GitHub Actions. • Keep clear QA documentation, including test plans, execution logs, closure reports, and sign-off records. • Find, record, and track defects with clear analysis, and help fix them quickly during sprints. • Do exploratory testing to catch edge cases and high-risk issues early. • Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to check requirements and agree on testing goals. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare audit-ready test evidence for releases and client reviews. • Mentor junior engineers on test design, documentation, and automation. • Track and report key QA metrics, run root-cause analysis, and drive process improvements that prevent defects. • Use automation and AI workflows for repetitive smoke, regression, and API checks to get faster feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. • 7 to 10 years of hands-on QA experience, with strong skills in both manual testing and automation. • Able to independently create automation frameworks and deploy them to CI/CD through GitHub Actions. • AI First Mindset, with hands-on experience working with AI agents and orchestration/workflows. • Good command of test management tools like Jira and TestRail for planning, execution, and traceability. • Solid understanding of agile methods, sprint processes, and quality standards. • Good understanding of API testing methods (Postman, REST-Assured). • Working knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium. • Programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript to build and maintain automation frameworks. • Exposure to CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps-driven testing workflows. • AWS knowledge is a plus.
