📋 Description

• Triage every incoming request in the ticket queue, assign it, track it to the due date, and ensure nothing slips • Collect, verify, and submit recurring client reports on schedule and in each client’s required format • Maintain accurate, organized GRC records, documents, and evidence for audits or client reviews • Support data and documentation clean-up projects • Document processes and project outputs • Identify bottlenecks, trends, and recurring issues in the queue and flag them early • Support the GRC department and free compliance professionals to focus on higher-level judgment calls

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organization and sharp attention to detail • Demonstrated experience in an administrative, operational support, or office environment • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) • Clear written and verbal communication and a professional manner with clients and colleagues • Ability to follow a process through to completion and ask for help at the right moment • High school diploma or GED • Experience in legal, financial services, or other regulated settings is a plus • Experience with document management or workflow tools is a plus • Experience working in a fast-paced environment • Experience working in a technology-driven environment • US citizenship or permanent residency and legal authorization to work in the United States • Ability to sit or stand for long periods • Ability to remain focused for extended periods • Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day • Ability to perform repetitive movements as required, including typing, clicking, and swiveling • Ability to lift 10–20 pounds as needed
