📋 Description

• Develop project scopes and objectives with clients and internal stakeholders • Build and manage project schedules, sprints, and work plans • Manage scope, schedule, and budget changes and escalate when needed • Own the day-to-day client relationship through status updates and expectation-setting • Identify and resolve risks before they threaten deadlines • Maintain comprehensive project documentation • Track progress across sprints and epics and contribute to estimation and retrospectives • Set up and run performance reporting • Apply Section 508 and WCAG accessibility and web standards throughout the project lifecycle • Facilitate meetings that resolve issues • Own project delivery from kickoff through launch and beyond

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in a technical, web, or software environment • Hands-on experience with Asana and Agile/Scrum delivery, including sprints, backlogs, and retrospectives • Working knowledge of web technologies and the software development lifecycle • Strong written and verbal client-facing communication skills • Ability to take ownership and manage multiple projects and priorities without dropping details • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • Ability to collaborate with a team • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Ability to meet other requirements for government contracts • Work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future • May be subject to a government background check or security clearance depending on the contract • Bonus: prior government, public-sector, or highly regulated client experience; WCAG/Section 508 familiarity; PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification; WordPress or enterprise/government CMS experience
