📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls from customers seeking information about the reverse mortgage program • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers • Create interest in the reverse mortgage program • Qualify customers according to program guidelines, including age, LTV, and homeownership • Transfer interested and qualified customers to the sales team • Create follow-up appointments • Mail information packets to customers • Update the Sales CRM with notes for each transaction

🎯 Requirements

• Basic computer skills (MS Office), 10-key, and soft phone • Customer service background • Basic understanding of the reverse mortgage product • Mortgage industry knowledge • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Organized and performance driven • Ability to make 100+ dials per day • Ability to meet business-defined production metrics • Bilingual skills are a plus • Training will be held in the Houston office
