📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls from customers seeking information about the reverse mortgage program • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers • Create sales opportunities for the Retail Sales team • Create interest in the reverse mortgage program • Qualify customers against program guidelines (age, LTV, homeowner status) • Transfer interested and qualified customers to the sales team • Create follow-up appointments • Mail information packets to customers • Update the Sales CRM with notes for each transaction • Meet business-defined production metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Basic computer skills (MS Office) • 10-key skills • Soft phone experience • Customer service background • Basic understanding of the reverse mortgage product • Mortgage industry knowledge • Bilingual a plus • Organized and performance driven • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Prepared to make 100+ dials per day • Training will be held in the Houston office
